More specifically, humor is vehicle that can deliver truth to everyone, everywhere. Whether it’s political, cultural, or dancing on very thin, very controversial issues, comedy can reach people in a way that […]
Performing at Dangerfield’s Comedy Club in NYC was an awesome experience. Meeting guys like Julius Donat, David Suarez and Tamer Kattan encouraged me to continue hitting the NY stages. My family and friends were there for support. It was a great debut…I’ll be back.

Producing my first show was a challenge. I’m fortunate to be living in an area, Hampton Roads Virginia, with a growing comedy scene and a wealth of resources. I’ve heard the experienced comedians say that one needs to be doing comedy for at least a few years before producing a successful show. This is true. […]

I have been developing a comedy program for people living in senior independent and assisted living communities. Although challenging at times, I love combining my standup comedy with improv. This engages seniors in ways that invite them to be silly, laugh with one another and talk about fond memories.

Sugar Free Sorbet for Valentine’s Day
I love this easy sleazy fresh berry sorbet recipe. It’s so flexible. You can add any berries or fruit. For Valentine’s Day I would choose red berries like raspberries or strawberries. Freezing fruit only takes a couple of hours. And remember, fruits have carbohydrates so adjust your insulin accordingly.
